CHEESE STRAWS
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
pinch cayenne
2 Tbsp butter
3 ozs grated tasty cheese
Sift flour with 1 sugar, baking powder, salt and pinch cayenne.
Rub in butter, add grated tasty cheese. Mix to a stiff dough with
a little milk. Knead and roll out very thin cut into fingers or
squares, prick with a fork. Bake about 10 mins. at 200 C (400F)
