Cheese Straws 03

Cheese Sticks
Yield: 28 3"-sticks
1 c all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 ts baking powder
1 c Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c butter or margarine
3 tb cold water
Blend all ingredients except water with a pastry blender, then
add water and mix to a paste. Form into strips with a cookie press,
then bake in a hot oven of 400 F for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot or
cold with salad or soup.
